Super Bowl Steaks

If you want to make an impact with your Super Bowl XLIII party, you have got to have some good food on hand. Nothing says ‘man party’ more than grilling up some steaks. SuperBowlOdds.org has just the recipe for you and your buddies to fire up.

Now, if you are in the northeast, you’re going to have to dress warm out on the balcony. But, for those of you on the west coast, you lucky bastards can prepare your steaks in your flip-flops.

Without further ado, here’s a steak recipe bound to make your Super Bowl XLIII party a major hit.

• 1 rib-eye steak
• Salt
• Crack pepper
• Garlic butter
• Half a lemon
• Carbon or Kingsford mesquite

To Prepare:
1.    Let steak thaw at room temperature
2.    Sprinkle lightly with coarse salt on both sides.
3.    Coat the steak with a thick layer of cracked pepper on both sides.
4.    Fill the grill with Carbon or Kingsford mesquite.
5.    Turn up the grill as high as the flame will go to get the temperature as hot as possible.
6.    Once the stead is charred to your satisfaction, remove it from the grill.
7.    Spread garlic butter over both sides of the steak and let it melt for a few minutes.
8.    Squeeze half a lemon over your steak and serve hot!
