Players using sportsbook software (read here for more information) need to study the coaches as they’re contemplating their Super Bowl win in early February, and here are the best coaches to ever manage the big game.
Bill Walsh
Walsh won all three Super Bowls that he took San Francisco to, not to mention, the West Coast offense is still being used by Super Bowl winners today, which speaks to his legacy.
Chuck Noll
Noll has the most Super Bowl wins of any head coach with four, although many online NFL betting players from today’s era would state that any coach could win with the “Steel Curtain” defense that drove the Pittsburgh Steelers in the late 1970s.
Tom Coughlin
Coughlin gets on this list as he has guided the New York Giants to a pair of wins over New England in the last four years, and he did it with his team coming in as massive underdogs
Bill Belichick
Despite his losses to Coughlin, it doesn’t take away from Belichick’s building of a dynasty in New England and his decision to stick with Tom Brady may be the best decision in NFL history. Every year, the Patriots are a contender and it is because of Belichick.
Joe Gibbs
Gibbs won three of his four Super Bowl appearances and he is the only coach to do it with three different quarterbacks, which doesn’t sound like a big deal, but you’ll know how tough it is if you’re a good sports book player.
